George Mason University's Industrial/Organizational Psychology Department want to hear from you! They have designed a survey to obtain information about the relation of some individual and situational factors that may affect retirement transitions. Your answers should help them gain new insight into retirement transition processes that can be used to improve the quality of work and life for other people as they plan and transition to retirement.
