Imagine aging on your own terms

Aging doesn't have to be overwhelming, this should be a time to reinvent yourself, enjoy time with family, and live life on your own terms.

Stop by AARP Virginia's exhibit at the Transitions expo on Wednesday, May 15 in the food court of Potomac Mills. This is a free education expo that showcases resources available to older adults, families, and caregivers in the Prince William area. Exhibits provide insights and answers for enhancing your living experience as you age.

The event will kick off with a meet the expert on stroke prevention and awareness at 9:00 a.m. in the food court. The exhibits will be open from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. located in the food court of Potomac Mills.
