CHEYENNE, Wyo. — AARP Wyoming and The Picklr, a pickleball facility at 3741 East Lincolnway in Cheyenne, are teaming up to offer two free Pickleball Play events on Thursday, October 16 and Thursday, November 20, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
These drop-in sessions are designed for anyone curious about pickleball or looking to connect with others who love the game. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, this fun and welcoming event is your chance to get active, meet new people, and enjoy Wyoming’s growing pickleball community.
Unlike a tournament or clinic, these are open play sessions — no registration or membership required. Just show up, play, and have fun. All skill levels are welcome.
Participants are encouraged to bring clean, non-marking shoes. Paddles and all other equipment will be provided.
While attending, guests can also learn about AARP resources and explore how staying active supports healthy aging, brain health, and social connection.
