Whether you're a caregiver, someone who receives care—or both—you're welcome. We'll have piano music, a variety of teas, light refreshments, and some fun, low-key activities. It’s a chance to relax, connect with others, and enjoy a peaceful afternoon in good company.
Each session covers essential topics, with presentations by local experts on subjects such as legal and financial planning, caregiver brain health, and veterans benefits. Caregivers are equipped with information to proactively consider long-term care and end-of-life planning.

If the Governor signs this proposal into effect this spring, this could be a major benefit to Wyomingites by offering a chance to change your policy annually.
AARP Wyoming will host a free virtual town hall on Feb. 12 at 6 PM to discuss the caregiving challenges facing Wyoming families and how the proposed tax credit could help.
November is National Family Caregiving Month, and AARP Wyoming wishes to salute the estimated 58,000 family caregivers in the state who give 54 million hours each year helping their older parents, spouses, and other loved ones live independently.
