AARP Wyoming will host a free, eight-session series in Cheyenne designed to prevent falls starting April 7 and ending May 1. The series will take place at the AARP Wyoming State Office on the third floor of 1800 Carey (The First Tier Bank Building).

Events are scheduled for April 7, 10, 14, 17, 21, 24, 28, and May 1. Each session will run from 10 a.m. - noon.

Led by Rebecca Murchie, a retired occupational therapist with 30 years of experience, this interactive workshop will engage participants in problem-solving, targeted exercises, and movements to enhance balance. Whether you are a caregiver or someone looking to improve your stability, this supportive environment offers strategies tailored to individual needs.
