MAITLAND, FL— Mari L. Brett, Ph.D.’s new book, Embracing by Praying Hearts, ($19.99, paperback, 9781498414326; $9.99, e-book, 9781498414333) contains short stories, poems, and prose inspired by events that took place in the life of the author. The text serves to uplift and provide the reader with direction from a spiritual perspective. The relatable musings build a figurative road map to wisdom, encouragement, and enlightenment.
“Life will always have its twists and turns, but our faith and prayers will give us the strength to continue this journey with hope in our hearts,” states the author. “This book is newsworthy to all audiences as no one is left out when challenges occur; we just need something or someone to understand that there is a force more powerful than we are that we can turn to in these times.”
