  • Did you know that there were 161 million females in the U.S. as of December 2013? Yes – men are outnumbered – there were only 156.1 million males.
  • Did you know that 31.4 percent of women 25 years of age and older earned a bachelor’s degree or more as of 2013?
  • Did you know that 63.7percent of female citizens age 18 and older reported voting in the 2013 presidential election? That compares to only 59.7 percent of males.
  • Did you know that there were 5.2 million stay-at-home mothers in 2013 compared with 214,000 stay-at-home-fathers?
  • Did you know that in 2012 there were 1.6 million female veterans in the United States?
  • Did you know that there were 11.3 million women college students in the fall of 2012? Yes, women comprised 56.8 percent of all college students.
  • Did you know than in 2013 there were 66 million married women 18 and older?
