Portman & Jenkins IMG_1791 — Leaders Meet -- U.S. Senator Rob Portman and AARP CEO Jo Ann Jenkins met Wednesday, July 15, to discuss Social Security and the Older Americans Act.

AARP CEO Jo Ann Jenkins met Wednesday with U.S. Senator Rob Portman of Ohio in his D.C. office to discuss having Congress reauthorize the Older Americans Act and to work together to ensure that Social Security is sustainable for today's 50-plus Americans and for future generations. Portman is a member of the Finance Commiittee which has jurisdiction over Social Security, pensions, and Medicare.
