AARP realizes that healthy habits, including exercise and eating right, can lead to a better, longer, happier life. Join AARP Colorado members and volunteers for Virtual Fitness classes starting in September, in the comfort of your own home. Certified instructors will lead you each week in classes focusing on yoga, low-impact kickboxing, functional fitness, mobility, and low-impact cardio and strength-building.
AARP members and guests can purchase $12 tickets to watch the Rockies take on the Minnesota Twins at Coors Field in Denver, CO on Sunday, October 1, 2023. Seats are in section 145-147 only. First pitch is at 1:10 PM.
Post-pandemic, AARP Colorado is continuing its robust offering of online fitness, cooking, cultural and other events, developing two to four new classes each week.
