Eastern Shore Event Highlights the Insurance Exchange

Since Oct. 1, Americans have begun shopping online in their states’ health insurance marketplaces to compare the benefits and costs of the policies offered. AARP chapters in Ocean City and Ocean Pines are hosting an information session to help residents of the Eastern Shore understand what this means for them. Residents of Maryland, Delaware and Virginia are welcome. Those ages 50 to 64 may benefit most, said Christy Page of AARP Maryland.
