Protect yourself against ID theft and fraud by shredding your outdated personal documents at WTIC's Shred Day event on October 3rd from 10am to 1pm at EnviroShred*, 22 Prestige Park Circle in East Hartford. Sponsored by AARP Fraud Watch Network, this FREE shredding event is open to the public.
Documents to consider shredding include medical and financial records, credit card statements, canceled checks, tax returns and all other personal documents that are outdated or no longer needed.
Limit of 2 bankers boxes or 2 grocery bags per adult.
