Official Rules - 2025 AARP Prize Sweepstakes for the GREAT AMERICAN BRASSBAND FESTIVAL

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

To Enter: Visit the AARP Kentucky website (Apply online) - now: to complete the online entry form regarding the 2025 AARP Prize Sweepstakes for the Great American Brassband Festival for Saturday, May 31, 2025 at the 2025 Great American BrassBand Festival. Sweepstakes takes place between 12:01 AM EST on May 19 – 11:59 PM EST on May 28, 2025. Entries must be received during this time and the first person drawn randomly at the time of drawing will be the prize winner. One entry per person. AARP is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect entries. Entries are property of AARP, will not be returned; governed AARP privacy policy.  

1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to individuals 18+ years or older, who are legal U.S. residents. Employees of AARP and their respective parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotions agencies and the immediate family members and members of the same household of those employees and directors are not eligible. One prize per person.

   1. Valued at approximately US $100.00 ($25.00 each)
6. Drawing and Awarding of Prizes: The winner will be drawn randomly on or about 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, May 29, 2025 from all eligible entries. Drawing and awarding of prizes will be conducted by AARP whose decision on all matters relating to this sweepstakes is final. Potential winners do not have to be present to win. By participating and accepting a prize, each winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AARP, participating wholesalers, retailers and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies for any injuries, damages or losses which may be sustained in connection with participation in this sweepstakes and ownership, use or misuse of the prize. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. All expenses related to acceptance and use of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 
    
7. Odds: The actual odds of winning depends on the number of qualified entries.  
    
8. Names of Winners: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to AARP Winner’s List, AARP Kentucky, 10401 Linn Station Rd, #121, Louisville, KY 40223 for receipt by July 1, 2025.
