Official Rules: The 2024 AARP Prize Sweepstakes for the Sounds on 2^nd Concert Series

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. To Enter: Visit the AARP Kentucky booth at the 2024 Sounds on 2^nd Concert Series hosted by the Beaver Dam Tourism Commission at the Beaver Dam Amphitheater. Sweepstakes takes place between beginning with the first concert on Friday, June 7, 2024 5:00 PM CST and ending during the last concert of the series at approximately 8:00 PM CST on Friday, September 6, 2024. Entries must be received during this time and the first and second person drawn randomly will be the prize winner(s). You need not be present to win. Should you be able to collect your prize in-person at the AARP Kentucky booth, please do so, if not present, AARP Kentucky will ship the item directly to a home address confirmed by the winner after contacted by phone number by an AARP KY representative. One entry per person per Friday concert. AARP is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect entries. Entries become the property of AARP and none will be returned and will be governed by its privacy policy.

2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to individuals 18 years of age or older, who are legal U.S. residents. Employees of AARP and their respective parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotions agencies and the immediate family members and members of the same household of those employees and directors are not eligible. One prize per person.

3. Prizes: One Grand Prize and One 2^nd Place Prize: Valued at approximately US $300 and $42.

4. Drawing and Awarding of Prizes: The winners will be drawn randomly on or about 8:00 PM on Friday, September 7, 2024 from all eligible entries. Drawing and awarding of prizes will be conducted by AARP whose decision on all matters relating to this sweepstakes is final. Potential winners need not be present to win. 1st prize winner will receive a YETI HOPPER M15 Soft Cooler and 2^nd Prize Winner will receive a YETI RAMBLER Travel Mug 30oz. By participating and accepting a prize, each winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AARP, participating wholesalers, retailers and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies for any injuries, damages or losses which may be sustained in connection with participation in this sweepstakes and ownership, use or misuse of the prize. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. All expenses related to acceptance and use of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Odds: The actual odds of winning depends on the number of qualified entries.

6. Names of Winners: For the name of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to AARP Winner’s List, AARP Kentucky, 10401 Linn Station Rd, #121, Louisville, KY 40223, for receipt by Friday, September 6, 2024.
