AARP Eye Center
Get tips about saving and investing, so that you can take control of your financial future, at one of the financial planning seminars that AARP is conducting this fall at libraries throughout the Columbus area.
AARP is offering free — absolutely no strings attached — interactive financial planning seminars that are open to all at no cost whether or not you are an AARP member.
“A certified financial planner will present information and answer your questions,” said AARP Ohio staffer Trey Addison, an associate state director for outreach and education. “We promise no sales, no solicitations and no product pitches. These presentations provide educational information and answers to your questions; nothing more, nothing less.”
These presentations are designed to provide participants with a greater understanding of the vocabulary used in financial planning and the different types of instruments to choose among to take control of your financial future. You will learn how to use AARP’s free resources and online tools than can help you plan no matter the size of your nest egg.
Admission to all presentations is free to all but registration is required. To RSVP, call toll free 1-877-926-8300 or register online by location:
