Michelin North America, Inc. was today awarded the 2013 AARP Best Employers for Workers Over 50 award. This is the sixth time the manufacturing company has been honored by the AARP since the award program was created in 2001; previously Michelin was also recognized in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011.
Here is a great way to take in a great baseball game and help the Low Country Food Bank. AARP’s Senior Slugger Night with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans is July 12 at 7:05 p.m. When you come out to the ballpark, bring a bag of nonperishable food items and drop them off at the AARP table near the entrance plaza.
