The U.S. Virgin Islands will hold a primary Saturday, Aug. 3, to select candidates for all 15 seats in the Legislature, the territory’s delegate to the U.S. House, and other territorial offices.
Only voters who have declared membership with a political party can vote in that party’s primary. The deadline for voters to change their political affiliation or to register is Wednesday, July 3. Any voter can request an absentee ballot, which can be done online, in person or by phone.
