For Better Hearing and Speech Month, AARP Virginia and the Northern Virginia Resource Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Persons (NVRC) teamed up to raise awareness about hearing loss, and to encourage people to think about their own hearing and get their hearing checked.
In our three-part virtual webinar series, we discussed hearing aids, hearing assistive technology options, late-onset hearing loss, effective communication and speech reading strategies, and more.
