The Alzheimer's Association will facilitate an online discussion aimed at giving people a better understanding of how Alzheimer's Disease and dementia impact brain health, elder abuse, and law enforcement. Alzheimer's & Law Enforcement - Understanding Dementia Behaviors to Ensure Peaceful Interactions will feature law enforcement officials and health experts who will explore how these issues relate to those with dementia and those caring for loved ones with the disease.
This virtual education opportunity will take place on Wednesday, August 26 from 11:30am - 1:30pm. The event is free, but registration is required to attend. You may register here.
