Barry Wiesenfeld, celebrated for his deep musical expertise and engaging storytelling, will guide participants through the lives and works of Mozart and Gershwin, as well as the rich history and evolution of jazz. With his ability to blend historical insights with lively discussions, this series promises an unforgettable experience for music enthusiasts of all ages.
AARP Wyoming advocated for its members on a variety of other bills during the 2023 Legislative session. Here are a few of those bills, what they do and why AARP Wyoming followed them.

A lot has changed since August, 2016 - including Bret’s retirement - see the article on page 5. As we are recruiting for a Bret replacement (it’s likely that we will have hired a replacement before you read this) I am struck by how amazing the AARP Wyoming staff and volunteers are.
As The AARP Wyoming State President, I will continue to work with caregivers as part of my platform during my tenure. I live in Sheridan, Wyoming where my husband Clarence and I lead the AARP Community Action Team.
The event, called Senior High Tech, is a collaboration between SkillsUSA students from around the state, AARP Wyoming and the Casper Senior Center. The training is free and there is no requirement to be an AARP member or over age 50 in order to take part in the event. In addition to the tech tutoring, a free lunch, courtesy of AARP Wyoming will be available at the Casper Senior Center on April 25.
