AARP Eye Center

AARP Wyoming is delighted to be joined by Wyoming Department of Revenue Director Brenda Henson for a conversation on property tax relief efforts at noon on May 1 via Zoom and TeleTown Hall.

Property tax relief was a hot topic during the 2025 Legislative Session and Henson will use this event to simplify what passed and what it means to Wyoming residents. During the May 1 Property Tax Relief TeleTown Hall and Zoom event, KFBC Radio’s Jared Schaefer will moderate a discussion with AARP Wyoming and Henson discussing how property tax is collected and used in Wyoming, not to mention deadlines and processes for applying for the Property Tax Exemption for Long-Term Homeowners; and The Property Tax Refund Program.
This event will be delivered to Wyoming residents through Zoom and AARP’s TeleTown Hall tool. At around 11:45 am on May 1, AARP Wyoming will dial out to members. If you do not get a call, but wish to take part, the event will be livestreamed on AARP Wyoming’s Facebook page at facebook.com/aarpwy.
