AARP Arkansas cosponsors upcoming Affordable Care Act forums
AARP Arkansas in partnership with the Arkansas Minority Health Consortium & the Arkansas Minority Health Commission is sponsoring a series of Affordable Care Act informational forums across the state.
The forums, which are free and open to the public and include a complimentary dinner, will include topics such as Medicaid expansion, lower prescription costs for seniors, and extended insurance coverage for young adults.
Upcoming forums have been scheduled as follows. All forums are scheduled for 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. More information on the forums is available at 870-413-1667.
- Thursday, May 16, Monticello: Holmes Chapel Presbyterian Church, 527 E. McCloy Ave.
- Tuesday, June 18, Arkadelphia: Greater Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church, 1600 Caddo St.
