Veronica McCreary-Hall is a volunteer on the advocacy team with AARP Ohio since 2019. She is also a retired registered nurse and acted as caregiver to her father, who was diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimer’s Disease.
Veronica McCreary-Hall knows firsthand that responding to the needs of individuals with dementia requires special training for Ohio’s police and EMTs. That’s why passing House Bill 23 is so important. It would protect vulnerable Ohioans.
