Back by popular demand, AARP Wyoming’s “Gray Matters” series returns for a third year with workshops in Rock Springs, Cheyenne and Casper.

This year’s events, which focus on “Training the Grownup Brain,” will include sessions on fitness, nutrition and how the brain works, along with tips on wise and safe investing and a “mind-full” meal.

Admission is free, but registration is required.  The Rock Springs workshop is from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on May 2 at the Young at Heart Senior Center, and the Cheyenne workshop runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 12 at Laramie County Library.

Details about the Casper workshop will be announced at AARP Wyoming.  To register for the Rock Springs or Cheyenne sessions, call 877-926-8300 toll-free.
