Join AARP virtually for movies, cooking and exercise classes, cultural events and more!

AARP just opened its new AARP Virtual Community Center, which offers a wide variety of FREE interactive online events and classes designed for learning, self-improvement and fun. Visit here at any time and check out some additional upcoming virtual events below!  While many of these offerings are hosted by individual state offices, they are open to all.   Please note:  registration in advance is required for a number of the events.

Tuesdays, 8:30am ET
Firm & Flow Exercise Class (AARP VI)
Join this weekly 45-minute class to be guided through a variety of movements designed to improve balance, strengthen muscles and increase flexibility.

Gentle Chair Yoga (AARP ME)
Join this weekly yoga class, which will use gentle movement and guided breath to help participants reduce anxiety, promote respiratory health and bring more calm into their lives. Register for the month you wish to join and you'll receive more details.
