Media Advisory: The Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC) is collaborating with AARP Kentucky, the University of Louisville, and faith communities in Louisville’s 40203 Zip Code to build a community engagement approach addressing longstanding disparities in serious illness. C-TAC is a nonprofit recognized as the voice of the patient and family impacted by serious illness.
