WHO:              This event is in partnership with the City of Atlanta.

WHAT:             As our population ages and people stay healthy and active longer, communities must adapt. All community members are invited to join in our discussion to help make Atlanta a great place for all ages by adopting such features as safe walkable streets and access to key services to make a well-designed livable community that promotes health and sustains economic growth.

WHERE:           Adamsville Recreational Center, 3201 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, SW, Atlanta, GA 30311

WHEN:             Wednesday, June 25, 2014, 6:00pm - 8:00pm

WHY:               This important discussion will provide an overview of livable Age-Friendly communities and strategies for making Atlanta a more livable community for all ages. AARP Georgia hopes to grow relevance by giving voice to Atlantans about what they want to see in their community.
