But what happens when we over-rely on these shortcuts? Deborah Jordan, leads the Design Thinking practice at AARP’s Innovation Labs. Prior to joining AARP, DJ worked in brand management and new product development for brands such as Shake ‘N Bake, Prego, Campbell’s Soup, Kraft Marshmallows. Deborah was also an e-business strategy consultant with IBM Global Services working primarily with clients in consumer packaged goods. Deborah and her family, self-described foodies and nature-lovers, live in suburban Washington, DC.
