Chapter members staffed the AARP exhibit space and distributed lots of salient information during the conference.

Five AARP Jefferson City Chapter #4401 members greeted participants at the Missouri Institute on Minority Aging in Columbia during the two-day conference August 25-26. The theme of this year’s conference was “Brain Health: A Key to Healthy Aging.”
In keeping with the conference theme, AARP volunteers distributed information on brain health and how to “stay sharp” as you age. The Chapter also gave Vial of Life kits – a project of the chapter – to exhibit visitors.
Chapter members who staffed the AARP exhibit space were volunteer Ralph Brendel, Janice McCoy, Dennis and Judy Mobrice, and Charlotte Wening.
