Join us for a walking tour of the NH State Veterans Cemetery (110 Daniel Webster Highway) in Boscawen, NH on October 9 (3-4 pm) led by director Shawn Buck.
Shawn will take us on a guided tour through the grounds and attendees will learn about the history of the site, how to support Granite State veterans, and learn about AARP resources for veterans.
The mission of the cemetery is to provide and maintain a dignified final-resting place to honor all veterans and eligible dependents which expresses the State's gratitude for their service to the country.
The cemetery is very accessible. However, the Memorial Walkway does have some narrow areas and is comprised of bricks and pavers, so it is a bit uneven. There are also ramps throughout the cemetery.
