Looks what’s coming to Manchester on March 15: FREE hands-on workshops for those who want to get the most out of their iPads. It’s all part of the AARP TEK program (Technology, Education, Knowledge) with friendly TEK guides available to answer your questions and provide one-on-one help.

Are you new to mobile technologies, and ready to discover the power of apps? Join us for a hands-on workshop covering iPad skills from Touchscreen Basics, Texting, Taking & Sharing Photos, Downloading apps, and more.
Staying Safe Online – iPad: Beginner Workshop
2:30 pm to 3:30 pm
If you want to ensure that you’re doing what you can to be SAFE online, then this course is for you. This hands-on iPad workshop will cover ways to identify and avoid some of the most common online scams.
Beyond the Basics – iPad: Intermediate Workshop
12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
So you have the essentials down, but you’re ready to take things to the next level. Join us and learn tips and tricks like how to Share your Location with friends, Control your Tablet with your voice using Siri, Edit Photos, and more! Tablet experience recommended.
Privacy and Sharing on Facebook – iPad: Intermediate Workshop
4:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Learn to control what you see and who sees what you share on Facebook in this hands-on social media workshop. Tablet experience recommended, and you MUST bring your Facebook Username and Password.
