Know an Exceptional Volunteer? Let’s Honor Them!

Andrus Award

Recognize an exceptional volunteer in New Hampshire!

AARP’s commitment to volunteerism can be brought back to our founder, Dr. Ethel Percy Andrus, whose motto “to serve, not to be served” has shaped out efforts on a local, state, and national level. Each year, AARP honors the legacy of Dr. Andrus with the AARP Andrus Award for Community Service

The Andrus Award for Community Service is AARP’s most prestigious volunteer award. It recognizes individuals who share their experience, talent, and skills to enrich their communities in ways that are consistent with AARP’s mission, vision, and commitment to volunteer service, and inspire others to volunteer.
