It’s a one-of-a-kind event to give you a “taste” of the various volunteer opportunities at AARP New Hampshire.  Join us online, and from the comfort of your own home, on April 29 at 7 pm to Sip, Sample & Serve.

Sample the assortment of volunteer opportunities available at AARP New Hampshire; and

Serve your community.

At this 1-hour event, you’ll hear from current AARP volunteers a about a variety of virtual (and eventually, in person) opportunities including driver safety, tax-aide, speakers bureau, community outreach, and advocacy.

Volunteers in these areas will explain what they do and why, and field questions about how to get involved. Kind of like speed dating, you’ll move in and out of Zoom rooms to gather info on the opportunities that most interest you. You can listen, ask questions, and engage with others

Our goal is to engage new volunteers. AARP NH partners with volunteers to ensure they are provided with opportunities that dovetail with their skills and interests. We provide the support, guidance and training volunteers need as well as the independence volunteers want to put their own “paint on the canvas”.
