California-based personal trainer and coach to celebrities, Damian Raibon, will break down some of the most common myths out there that may stop people from achieving their optimal fitness level, offer solutions to combat them, and answer questions from attendees.
According to an AARP article, adults may need at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise a week (a brisk walk counts) or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise, like jogging or playing tennis, plus at least two days of muscle-strengthening activity.
