The AARP North Carolina Summer Nutrition & Easy Cooking Series is for everyone who wants to make brain health a priority, learn more about brain-healthy foods that are truly tasty, and to find inspiration for easy cooking on a daily basis.

Join us for three brain-healthy food topics that will provide you with practical information and flavorful ideas to lure you into the kitchen.

Each session is led by registered dietcian Cindy Silver who will bring us into her kitchen for sessions that feature a variety of healthier dishes to make your summer extra delicious.
