Free sessions on health, wealth and self, coming to a YMCA near you

Good things happen when volunteers from AARP’s Mountain Region team up with our seven regional YMCAs. In this informative series of in-person talks, knowledgeable speakers will present on topics such as decluttering, brain health, and fraud prevention. (See complete list below.)

In February we will discuss options to keep your home accessible so that you can "age-in-place, and stay in your homes for as long as possible.

Each session will last about an hour and include time for discussion and Q&A. Best of all, you don’t have to be an AARP member or a YMCA member to attend! But you do have to register in advance by calling your local YMCA at the numbers listed below. Space is limited at some locations, so call soon!
