AARP is launching a nationwide movement, I Am A Caregiver. To many lawmakers, America’s millions of caregivers are invisible. Yet, these family caregivers hold up a broken long-term care system, which is why AARP is looking for your help.
AARP Vermont is pleased to announce that William (Bill) April has been selected as the recipient of the 2024 Andrus Award for Community Service, the organization’s most prestigious and visible volunteer award. This award recognizes outstanding community service and is named after AARP’s founder, Dr. Ethel Percy Andrus.
AARP Idaho will host a statewide telephone town hall on Wednesday, October 16, at 11:00 a.m. (MTN) to discuss the current Medicare open enrollment period which begins October 15th and runs through December 7th.
