Our monthly Friday Jam Sessions are back! Enjoy some music making while learning about the six pillars of brain health with the Alzheimer's Association and certified music therapists from Resounding Joy. They'll share practices to help you explore the ties between music and brain health and ways you can use music to enhance your daily life and well-being.
