If you have always wanted to tour the beautiful, mystic historical churches of downtown Dayton, now is your chance. This tour will start at Westminster Presbyterian Church and proceed to First Baptist Church, three blocks from Westminster. United Illuminating (UI) has proposed a 30%+ increase to their electric distribution charges to you, the ratepayer, over the n ext three years.
