AARP Virginia has canceled the 97th District candidate forum that was set to take place between Delegate Michael Feggans and former delegate Tim Anderson on Tuesday, September 23, at the Kempsville Area Library in Virginia Beach.
The AARP Fredericksburg Chapter 3396 work in their community is very extensive from helping veterans, organizing food drives, contributing to Soup for Seniors, advocacy and more. AARP Virginia and the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at George Mason University (OLLI-Mason) provided free workshops on these topics at the “Boomers and Beyond” Academy held on September 14 at OLLI-Mason in Fairfax, Virginia.
