Volunteer Opportunities Abound with AARP Indiana!

you have a passion for serving your community? Do you enjoy connecting with fellow Hoosiers and tackling issues that are relevant to those 50-plus? If yes, then AARP Indiana wants you to join the team! AARP Indiana is fortunate to have wonderful volunteers that come from all walks of life that take the time to give back. From handing out information and interacting with folks at local events like health fairs, to gathering petitions on important issues like preventing cuts to Medicare and Social Security, these selfless leaders answer the call to action.
Other roles for volunteers include but are not limited to assisting with walkability surveys, assessing the connectivity of communities, serving as a Driver Safety instructor or Tax Aide volunteer, or advocating on legislative issues at the Indiana Statehouse as part of our all-volunteer legislative team.

Interested?  I hope so!  To discuss our volunteer opportunities, please contact AARP Indiana Associate State Director for Community Outreach Mandla Moyo or call the office toll-free at 1-866-448-3618.
