AARP Vermont is welcoming the arrival of spring by inviting members to enjoy three free events in Chittenden County.

On May 7, AARP members will gather at the Shelburne Vineyard for wine tasting and winery tours.

On May 14, Peace Corps representatives will discuss new opportunities abroad for volunteers age 50-plus.

Finally, on May 17, AARP members can mix and mingle with staff and volunteers while enjoying a free glass of cider at the Citizen Cider tasting room in Burlington’s South End.

“These are all great opportunities for members to shake off winter, get to know others and learn more about AARP in our state,” said AARP spokesman David Reville.

For details or to register, call 877-926-8300 toll-free.
