Join us virtually for Master Your Mind: Laughing Your Way to a Healthy Headspace, a six-week series like no other, which starts Feb. 6, Led by comedian and behavioral specialist Dominic Syracuse, these interactive and entertaining Zoom workshops combine improv, storytelling and practical tips to boost your brain health.
Syracuse is an actor, comedian and teacher from Cheyenne who specializes in using acting and improvisation techniques to teach the principles of cognitive behavioral intervention. His methods have been recognized by the California Cognitive Behavioral Institute, The USC Master's of Social Work Program, and The Los Angeles Unified School District. As a trainer, he holds certificates in Cognitive Behavioral Intervention, Arts Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Interpersonal Communications, and Public Speaking.
