A 2023 AARP Fraud Watch NetworkTM report is highlighting the ways criminals target consumers during holiday season. A majority (80%) of U.S. consumers say they have experienced some type of fraud this year – many of which ramp up over the holiday shopping season. These holiday shopping scams have increased from last year’s report, from receiving fake notifications about shipments, to online ad scams, and more.
We know how impactful $1,000 can be. This is our way of extending some seed money to get these projects off the ground. 2025 application deadlines coming soon.

Judy Kotler has spent a lifetime caring for others. An only child raised in Queens, New York, she pursued a biology degree at Queens College before relocating to Philadelphia to attend physical therapy school at the University of Pennsylvania. That move would mark the beginning of a decades-long commitment to health care, service, and, eventually, community advocacy.
