This disruption affects individuals living on fixed incomes, many of whom rely on SNAP to afford groceries and maintain their health.

The event is organized by the 18th Judicial District Office of the District Attorney and will be held Thursday, May 15, 2014, at the Parker Arts, Culture and Events (PACE) Center, 20000 Pikes Peak Avenue in Parker, Colo.
