Free Tax Preparation from AARP Foundation Tax-Aide

Tax-Aide

Tax season is upon us and, luckily, so is the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program!  Tax-Aide offers free, individualized tax preparation for low to moderate income taxpayers - especially those 50 and older - at several locations across the Granite State. All tax counselors are volunteers that are trained by the IRS to provide free tax preparation services.  You do not need to be a member of AARP or a retiree to use this service.

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide has grown tremendously since is inaugural team of just four volunteers in 1968.  Last year, in New Hampshire alone, 274 volunteers manned 49 site locations to help a whopping 19,318 Granite Staters!  And this year, we’re back for more.

Locations will open on February 1. Use our Site Locator Tool to find the site nearest to you.  Be sure to note the site’s schedule, contact information, and whether it requires an appointment.
