Here is your hub for all recordings of events, webinars, information sessions and more that AARP Massachusetts has hosted and taken part in so far this year. The information and resources available within these sessions are too important and too helpful to keep to ourselves. Watch and re-watch these recordings when you can and when you need them.

Genealogy has become a popular practice for adults who are looking to dive deeper into their family history and learn about their ancestry. AARP MA is partnering with the Afro-American Historical and Genealogical Society - New England, Inc. (AAHGS-NE, Inc.) and the Greater Boston Section of the National Council of Negro Women (GBS-NCNCW), to offer two webinars on the basics of genealogy.

AARP is sponsoring a Mindfulness Series hosted by the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion at the Cambridge Health Alliance (CMC) every Tuesday in May. Learn the basics of mindfulness while honoring the process of aging in recognition of Older Americans Month. Each session includes a 20-minute guided meditation designed for beginners followed by a 10 minute Q&A

Every Month, AARP Massachusetts publishes an update from the AARP Fraud Watch Network. This web page houses the update for the month of April and it is filled to the brim with important information regarding scams. Learn what to do if you suspect you have been a victim of fraud, how to report a scam if you see one, and view a list of upcoming information sessions that can help you keep your ears up and your money in your hands.
