Mindfulness is a quality we all have, easily available to us if we take the time to appreciate it. By practicing mindfulness, you become more aware of where you are and what you’re doing, without becoming overwhelmed by what’s going on around you.
Spend your lunch hour with us on September 18 and learn about a variety of practices and how they may help you live more fully and joyfully. Participants will learn and practice several techniques in a fun, accessible fashion with plenty of time for questions and discussion.
