A Taste of Mindfulness

Spices are not only a great way to add flavor to your favorite foods, but studies show that many different herbs and spices may offer health benefits as well! This program will discuss some myths and facts about spices in addition to sharing information on how to grow your own and make your favorite spice blend recipes.
