AARP members and guests are invited to our Health and Wellness virtual series, Boost Your Health – with Talks With A Doc, presented by Catholic Health and AARP Long Island.

This virtual health and wellness series is designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These series will help address a wide range of topics, from nutrition and fitness to stress management and overall health.

Reserve your spot today and take the first step toward healthier, sharper vision for years to come! You will need to register separately for each program you are interested in attending. 

AARP offers a variety of resources to support brain health, primarily through their Brain Health Resource Center and Staying Sharp program. You can find the latest research on memory, stress, and cognitive, articles and health at aarp.org/brainhealth.
