Improve your Mah Jongg game-playing confidence and develop new strategies with AARP New York! AARP members and guests are invited to participate in our 4-part Mah Jongg – Strategies and Variations series. Deepen your knowledge of the classic yet complex game played by millions of people around the world.
Players of all ability levels are invited to participate. Instructor Stacy Budkofsky will teach tips and tricks to help improve your strategy and understand new ways of playing the game. Stacy has been teaching students of all ages for many years at community centers, libraries, recreation centers, assisted living residences, schools and camps. Her patience and love for the game shines through in her careful explanations of the rules and strategies.
Mah Jongg could help maintain brain health, improve memory skill, relieve stress and provide social benefits by making new friends.
A separate registration is required for each class in this series. Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. You will receive an email with the Zoom link before class.

In this session, instructor Stacy Budkofsky will offer advice for improving your Mah Jongg skills so you can play with greater confidence and enjoyment. All levels, from beginners to experienced Mah Jongg players, can benefit from this instruction.
